All fees are in CAD Dollars – and Québec Sales Tax (QST) of 9.975% and 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be applied to the Registration rate listed above. Registration is NON-REFUNDABLE. Attendee substitution is permitted at an administrative charge of $60 CAD (+GST).
The National Stroke Course is designed for general practitioners, emergency physicians, internists, and other clinicians who wish to further their understanding of stroke prevention, treatment and rehabilitation. At the end of this course, participants will understand how to integrate evidence-based clinical practices and protocols into their daily practice.
*To qualify for the Senior Delegate rate you must provide ID showing proof of age.
**To qualify for the trainee Congress registration fee, applicants must submit a letter from their department administration office or divisional head as proof of full-time enrollment in an academic educational program or specialty-training program. All supporting documentation must be sent to the Canadian Stroke Congress Secretariat to the attention of Laurie Cameron by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
